Terms and Conditions for Marty Party Entertainment Tickets
- Venue Information
The entertainment events will take place at: Holiday World Polynesia Hotel Rotonda de los Elefantes, Av. del Sol, 195,
29630 Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain.
- Ticket Usage and Entry
Entry Time: Entrance to the venue is permitted from 19:45 local time each evening.
Seating: Tickets grant access to the venue but do not guarantee specific seating. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we cannot guarantee that groups will be able to sit together.
Right to Refuse Entry: The Holiday World Polynesia Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at their discretion.
Identification Requirements: To gain entrance to the venue, all ticket holders must present proof of identity matching the booking details. Acceptable proof includes a valid passport or a photocopy/photo of the passport. The name on the ID must match the name provided at the time of booking.
- Booking and Residency Requirements
Spanish Residency: Tickets are only available for purchase by residents of Spain. A valid Spanish address must be provided at the time of booking.
Identification Details: Full names and passport numbers are required at the time of booking.
- Entertainment and Performance Policy
Start and End Times: Killester Travel is not responsible for the start or end times of the performances. These are managed by the Holiday World Polynesia Hotel and the event organisers.
Change in Entertainment: In the unlikely event that a scheduled special guest is unable to perform on the night of your booking, no refunds will be issued as long as the entertainment night proceeds as scheduled.
- Order and Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Non-Receipt of Confirmation Emails
Confirmation Emails: If you do not receive a confirmation email after your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you need the confirmation email resent, please email aaron@killestertravel.com. Include your full name, online entry ID number (if available), and email address to facilitate the resend.
- General Conditions
Compliance with Venue Rules: All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the Holiday World Polynesia Hotel and the event organisers.
Modifications: Killester Travel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
