With the lovely Levante beach just around the corner, this stylish and modern 4 star luxurious hotel offers 3 outdoor swimming pools surrounded by sun terraces. All elegant rooms at AR Diamante Beach & SPA Hotel 4 SUP feature a balcony and free internet connection. They are also equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Calpe Harbour and the famous Rock of Ifach are within walking distance from AR Diamante Beach Spa. The seafront promenade is 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel with many restaurants, bars and shops. The Diamante Beach Spa offers a buffet restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and show cooking.

EITHNE KENNEDY
As a Yoga teacher and holistic therapist, Eithne brings over 20 years of experience to her classes and considers it a privilege to share the benefits of yoga with others. Her teaching approach is that yoga is available to everyone; practicing yoga should be an enjoyable and uplifting experience that empowers the individual and offers a tool for life. Eithne brings humour and practicality to her classes where she also offers techniques that can be taken out of the class and into every day. Her teaching style emphasises the importance of safe alignment and the breath while building strength, flexibility and greater ease in mind and body.
Eithne teaches yoga to private, public and corporate clients of different levels and abilities. Her popular classes and retreats offer an opportunity to move and de-stress on a mat or on a chair. Eithne is qualified to the advanced 500 hr level and was a member of the teaching faculty on a Yoga Teacher Training course in Dublin for 6 years. She is an authentic teacher and practitioner who loves to share all she has learned and applied in her own life, offering a depth that is grounded in personal experience.
GAYE MOORE
With over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and groups toward well-being, Gaye Moore is delighted to bring her transformative expertise to retreats across Europe. Specializing in Emotional Intelligence, resilience, stress management, and self-worth, Gaye offers immersive experiences designed to foster peace of mind, personal transformation, and authentic joy.
Gaye has helped many clients navigate life’s complexities with purpose and confidence. As a certified life coach, reiki practitioner, NLP practitioner, and art therapist, she has developed a holistic approach to personal growth. Her unique methodology combines mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and self-worth-building practices with practical tools for navigating change, offering participants a truly transformative experience.
