TOUR OUTLINE

Monday 06th October 2025 – Flights from Dublin to Knoxville (other airports may be available)
Arrive Knoxville where our coach will be waiting to take us to our hotel in Pigeon Forge.
Check in at the Holiday Inn and Suites, Convention Centre for 3 nights on bed and breakfast basis.

Tuesday 07th October – We start this morning with a half day sightseeing tour of the glorious Smokey Mountains. The afternoon is free to enjoy ‘The Island’ which is next door to the hotel.
This evening, we have tickets to the Dolly Parton Dixie Stampede. A great family show full of entertainment, great music and fun as well as a four-course meal eaten country style!

Wednesday 08th October – This morning we head to Dollywood, the theme park owned by Dolly Parton. It is full of all the normal theme park rides as well as a whole host of shows about Dolly and her life as well as live music entertainment. This evening, we have tickets to attend at the ‘Cash and the King Tribute Show’.

Thursday 09th October – We say goodbye to Pigeon Forge and head south and over the border into Mississippi to the place where Elvis was born and grew up, Tupelo. Check in to our hotel for the next two nights.

Friday 10th October - The group will visit the Elvis Presley Birthplace & Museum, which is a modest, two-room house where the King of Rock & Roll was born on January 8, 1935. From this humble beginning, Elvis Presley began his swift rise to become the world's most popular entertainer. The house, built by his father with $180, draws over 50,000 visitors each year from across the world. As an official Mississippi landmark, the birthplace is part of the 15-acre Elvis Presley Park. It includes a garden walkway system, an expanded gift shop and beautiful landscaping. Inside the park a museum traces his road to fame, beginning with a unique collection of clothing and concluding with such personal items as riding boots and a Las Vegas jumpsuit. The Chapel, built by donations from his fans, offers a time for meditation.

Saturday 11th October – This afternoon we leave Tupolo and make the short journey to Memphis.
Over 4 days in Memphis the group will spend a day at Graceland and visit the following iconic sites:
Arcade Restaurant – Elvis Favourite restaurant
Coletta’s Italian restaurant – Elvis loved the pizza here and the place is a shrine to him.
Midtown Memphis Playhouse – The Memphian
During your time in Memphis you will take a trip over the state line into Arkansas to visit the home of the late, great Johnny Cash. You will also visit the schoolhouse where Johnny attended school and the hall where he first got on a stage to sing.
You will enjoy an evening cruise with dinner and show on the Mississippi River

Wednesday 15th October – All good things must come to an end and today you head to Memphis airport for your flight back to Ireland.
